One of our home builders, Oakwood Homes – with its Brio Collection and Arrival Collection – is building the 2026 St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway house right here in Sky Ranch, bringing an opportunity to support children and families into the heart of our community.
Featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and approximately 1,960 square feet, the home has an estimated value of $503,000. Its greatest impact, though, comes from the hope it helps make possible.
Building Something Bigger, Together
Oakwood is donating time and materials to build the giveaway house in support of St. Jude’s work to understand, treat, and defeat childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Families at St. Jude never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food.
This year marks Oakwood’s 16th year building a St. Jude Dream Home. Over the years, Oakwood’s work with the dream home giveaway has helped raise more than $21 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®.
For us, having this home in Sky Ranch is a reminder of how far a community’s care can reach. Beyond the front porches and familiar faces, there’s an opportunity to come together for families facing some of life’s hardest moments.
